Please upload your presentation (only!) as PDF or PPTX (other formats are not supported)
(For Animations in general: If possible, use links to an external source; For animations in PPTX: Videos need to be embedded to work! Only use MP4 encoded with H.264)

Please upload your presentation latest(!) 24h before your session via My#Conf. Otherwise, your presentation might not be included in the session.

ATTENTION: Due to security regulations, on-site data uploads to the presentation computers are not permitted (via USB flash drive, download portals, etc.).

Only the conference equipment (presenter laptop, microphone, pointer) can be used for your presentation.
No third party equipment (external laptops, iPads, pointers, USB sticks …) are allowed.

Please use the 16:9 format for your presentations.
A specific PPTX template is available in time (it’s up to you if you want to use it).

The size of your presentation file is limited to 50MB. If you want to include videos that can’t be compressed, please upload the videos in an external player like YouTube (or alternative platforms) and add a link in your presentation that will be opened during your presentation.

NOTE: PowerPoint and other presentation software offer excellent compression tools that can significantly reduce the file size of your presentation, especially if it contains many images.

Please use your My#Conf to upload your presentation.
An upload button can be found in your submission overview next to each accepted abstract.

Your presentation file is automatically renamed by our management system.
