- Each participant is responsible for printing their own poster. A recommended printing service is available in Innsbruck; please note that no printing facilities are available in the host village.
- Poster Spotlight: Each poster presenter (see exception below) will have a 3-minute on-site presentation slot (flash talk style) in front of their poster, followed by an open poster discussion after all presentations.
- Poster presenters without a separate poster session will present their posters (digital as PDF) as part of the corresponding talk session. These presentations will also be in the flash talk format (3min), including a short Q&A immediately after the presentation. Poster presentations in these sessions will take place consecutively after the talks.
- Please upload your digital poster latest(!) 24h before your session via My#Conf. Otherwise, your digital poster might not be included in the session.
