Regional Mountain Conference

In cooperation with the Ötztal tourism service, we will provide our participants with timely accommodation options close to the conference venues. Due to the location and size of Obergurgl, we strongly recommend booking accommodation early, as the number of available rooms during the summer is limited. The region’s summer season begins at the same time as the conference, which may further reduce accommodation availability.

We are working closely with local tourism partners to offer a balanced and reasonably priced selection of options. However, accommodation pricing is determined solely by the individual providers and is not within the organizers’ control. All accommodation costs (incl. local taxes) must be settled directly with the respective establishments and are not included in the conference fee.
