Abstract Guidelines
Who?
Everyone! Please (create and) login to your My#Conf account to submit a session.
When?
Deadlines of abstract submission can be checked out here.
Requirements
To successfully submit an abstract you have to meet following requirements
- Title: 3 – 30 words (max. 200 characters)
- Format: can be selected (link)
- Abstract: 100 – 350 words (max. 2500 characters, UTF-8 HTML character set)
- Excerpt: max. 30 words (max. 200 characters)
- Keywords: min. 1, max. 5
- Co-Author(s): max. 50 (incl. first & last name, email)
- Affiliations: max. 50 (incl. name of affiliation, address)
- Corresponding author: can be selected
NOTE: At #RMC the first author is the presenter of the abstract, that can be changed by a request via the contact form.

Check your emails
Please check your email for a confirmation message, otherwise come back to us via the contact form.
Acceptance
After the abstract review is closed, you will get an email with the acceptance status of your abstract.
Official conference participation will be confirmed upon completing registration after the reviewing is done.
Additional Information
- At #RMC, each participant may submit up to two abstracts to focus sessions and workshops (combined), and up to one abstract to lightning sessions (co-authorships are not counted).
- At #RMC, the submitter is automatically designated as the first author and presenter. If a change in presenter is necessary, please contact us via the contact form to request an update.
- No duplicate submissions: Submitting the same abstract to multiple sessions is not allowed. The scientific committee will reject duplicates.
- Content responsibility: Authors are responsible for the scientific quality and content of their abstracts. #RMC reserves the right to reject abstracts that:
- are not written in English
- are outside the scope of the #RMC
- do not meet basic scientific standards
- violate the #RMC code of conduct, including issues of civility and decency
- Incorrect session selection: If you realize before the abstract submission deadline that you have submitted to the wrong session, do not withdraw your abstract. Instead get in touch with us via contact form and our team will assist in relocating it
- Language requirement: The official language of the #RMC is English. Simultaneous interpretation will not be provided. Presenters are expected to deliver their research in clear and fluent English.
